ÖSYM'nin güncel 100 soruluk testinde, Küçük Stajlar bölümüne tam 22 soru ayrılmıştır. Bu, sınavın %22'si demektir ve küçük stajların önemini Dahiliye veya Genel Cerrahi seviyesine taşımıştır. 120 soruluk Klinik Bilimler testinde ise bu sayı 25'e kadar çıkabilmektedir.
