In on RPCS3, DLC content—including characters like Kunimitsu, Dr. Bosconovitch, and Angel—is primarily tied to game updates rather than traditional separate purchases. Paste the file into: .../RPCS3/dev_hdd0/home/00000001/exdata/ . If the exdata folder does not exist, create it. 4. Use a Complete Save File (Alternative Method)
Place it in the RPCS3 save directory: \dev_hdd0\home\00000001\savedata\ .
Since RPCS3 does not natively connect to PSN, you have two primary methods to unlock them: The Save File Method (Recommended):

Many community DLC packs include a modified param.sfo file inside the DLC folder.
