The movie takes place in a luxurious villa in the Italian countryside, where four wealthy and powerful men, all high-ranking officials in the fascist regime, embark on a twisted and sadistic game. They kidnap 16 young men and women, including prostitutes, peasants, and intellectuals, with the intention of subjecting them to every kind of physical and psychological torture.
