The Borang 14A must be executed (signed) by the transferor (the person giving the land) and the transferee (the person receiving it) in the presence of a Commissioner for Oaths or a lawyer to verify the identity and voluntariness of the parties. The form is then submitted to the relevant Land Office or Registry.
