El debut homónimo de la banda, lanzado bajo el sello Culebra Records (un subsello de BMG), irrumpió en la escena con una frescura y oscuridad inéditas. Con la producción de Alejandro Marcovich (guitarrista de Caifanes), este trabajo sentó las bases del sonido "sabinero". "Azul Casi Morado", "Chicles" y "Vacío".
"Here," he said, pointing to the demo. "This is where the rose first bloomed. The sound is terrible. The pain is perfect."
