CBSE does not issue a standalone CGPA to percentage certificate, but the official conversion formula (CGPA × 9.5) is printed on the back of the grade sheet. On the reverse side of every original CBSE CGPA report card, the board prints the official conversion guidelines and the 9.5 formula. For most Indian universities and basic application processes, a self-attested photocopy of both the front and back of your original report card acts as sufficient proof.
